Product information
The Merkens-Hamoen family has been running a successful cheese farm in Cothen for three generations. They make cheeses by hand that develop a characteristic flavour through the use of natural ingredients and a traditional ripening process. They have won several awards for this. For example, they once won the Cum Laude Award for 'the tastiest cheese in the Netherlands'.
