In the Groene Hart you will find the traditional butcher shop of Ferry Lempers. Ferry uses only the best ingredients from local farmers to make his sausages. They are then dried or smoked in his own butcher shop. This results in a unique taste that has been awarded prizes by connoisseurs on several occasions.
